One of 3 ideas covered in this video
Build a business a private AI system trained on all of its internal documentation (SOPs, pricing sheets, warranty terms, training materials, FAQs) so office staff and field technicians can instantly ask it questions instead of interrupting the owner or senior staff, with the option to later extend the same trained knowledge base into an external customer-facing chatbot or automated quote generator.
Turri prices this system at an $8,000-15,000 upfront build fee plus $2,000-4,000/month to maintain, though he says his own real range has run from $6,000 to over $15,000 depending on the business. He frames it as "stickier" than the appointment-setting system since it becomes embedded in a business's daily operations across multiple staff, making it very costly for a client to ever switch away from once adopted.
Someone comfortable with a longer, more detailed onboarding process (gathering and organizing a business's internal documents) who wants to sell a recurring, hard-to-replace service rather than a one-off project.
The core idea (a private AI trained on internal business documents, answering staff questions and eventually generating quotes) is a legitimate and growing category of AI agency offering, and the "harder to replace" logic for pricing and retention is sound business reasoning. As with the companion system in this video, the specific dollar figures are Turri's own reported numbers, and much of the actual difficulty in this business is in client acquisition and having an organized onboarding process, not the AI technology itself, which the video acknowledges is now something "anybody can build."
