Producing and selling mini donuts in person at high-foot-traffic venues (fairs, malls, markets, tourist areas), sized to realistic daily sales volume rather than the machine's rated output.
A 4-row automatic machine is advertised at 1,750-1,800 mini donuts per hour, but a small kiosk selling 30 dozen (360 donuts) a day at $6-12/dozen is only around $240 in gross sales for the day — customers, not the machine, are the real bottleneck. The presenter likes this format specifically for venues where the smell of fresh donuts does part of the marketing on its own.
Someone selling in person at a genuinely high-traffic venue, who proves they can sell a few hundred units a day before worrying about the machine's much larger rated capacity.
The machine's advertised hourly output (1,800/hour) is a marketing number, not a demand number — the presenter's advice is to prove you can sell 360 a day before caring whether the machine can theoretically make 1,800.
