You recruit a roster of small creators who make user-generated-content videos, then sell brands a service where you seed their product to those creators and manage the content. AI helps find creators, manage relationships and write briefs, scripts and hooks. Brands pay per video or on a retainer, and you keep the margin over what creators are paid.

Dang says brands from software to supplements want UGC from micro-creators because it returns more than celebrity deals, and they commonly work with several agencies at once. He suggests building relationships with about 30 creators first, then pitching brands. He says creators may earn $25 to $150 per video, so the agency profits on the spread, and cites a client who went from UGC creator to helping brands scale this way. He scores it 22 of 25.

Suits organized networkers who enjoy managing people and juggling relationships on both the brand and creator sides.

Influencer and UGC agencies are a real business, but Dang admits it is a chicken-and-egg start: brands want a proven roster and creators want brand deals. Coordinating many creators, deliverables and payments takes more management than solo freelancing, and quality control is a constant issue. Margins per video are thin unless you reach volume, and his success stories are unverified. The video is sponsored by Higgsfield, the creative tool he recommends throughout, and it repeatedly pushes his free Claude skill pack, a free 3-day live training, and calls with his team for paid coaching.
